Now, as I read this sentence over and over again, more questions pop up in my mind?
The first question is how to be a leader???
By the easiest of definition, it means a person who leads a group of people and who has commanding authority and influence. Merriam-Webster Online
The first part of the definition is easy as long as there are people willing to follow you.
Now comes the second part of the definition. "one with commanding authority and influence"
This is where my second question comes in...
How are you going to be a successful leader if there is a stronger commanding authority and influence suppressing your leadership?
This is where I really got stuck...
