FINAL DAY

I was all ready to face the weighing scale



And the result is
69.9kg



Losing 10.8kg in 3 months...!!!

Beautiful...

Can't believe I made it...

However on the record of E.Excel Pending Office Kuching, I lose 10.7 kg because when the personnel was ready to take photos, the weighing scale seems to play trick by showing my weight at 70.0kg...

But it is ok...

At least I met the E.Excel minimum weight loss for the Grand prizes which stand at 10kg...

Felt so relieved...

YES, I can do it....

One (1) more day to go... or to be exact, less than 18 hours to go...
Had a bottle of Tsing Tao Beer half an hour ago....
That's 140 calories...
Earlier today had a big glass of Sprite... that's another 140 calories.
Had not calculate my breakfast and lunch and dinner...

mmm... I really don't know whether I can achieve a loss of 0.8 kg in these four (4) days...
From the past two (2) weeks record... it seems like impossible...
but then again there might be a miracle...
Just a miracle will do...
